For the NOn-GOlfer

If you're someone, or know someone, who just wants to feel and move better then there are several options to consider. Once an initial posture and movement assessment has been conducted, choose from three training options to start improving your function; one-to-one, group and online training sessions are all possible. Because everyone is different, you will understand the imbalances of your body that might be contributing to your pain or limited movement capability. You will then be given the tools to start correcting your dysfunctions to be able to start working towards optimal function. Learn how to use exercise as a tool, when used properly, to improve your performance objectives and quality of life.
